Order Changes & Cancellations

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellations are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

Wrong or Damaged Item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it’s the wrong item, don’t worry! Just contact our support team with a clear photo of the item.

We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please don’t return anything without contacting us first.

Returns & Refunds

Not happy with your purchase?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. Reach out to our support team with the reason you’d like to return the item, and we’ll help you through the process.

Note: Personalized items cannot be returned, Such as engraving with name or photo.

Item Looks Different Than Expected? 

While rare, colors or images might look slightly different in real life compared to the online listing. Some product images are digitally rendered to show how the item will appear.

If something looks off or defective, please send photos to our support team along with your order ID so we can review and help you out.
